perfect locationclean room

I appreciated the friendly staff! sultan especially was super helpful. the location was perfect. I could walk to the grand bazaar in about ten minutes! the rooms were big and always very clean. I really enjoyed it.

I found a few things disappointing . the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and i noticed the same options every day. also. The spa area felt a bit neglected, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the steam room had a strange smell. i had hoped for a more relaxing experience there but the broken jacuzzi was a real letdown. the whole area felt a bit unfinished

my room was the most beautiful. it had a very comfortable bed i melt right into. the breakfast was fabulous it start every morning so perfectly. the staff were wonderful they always smile.

the spa lack some attention. there was no towels readily available. i have to ask someone for it.
